In partnership with the superintendent, the project manager thoroughly reviews the detailed scope to guarantee full alignment before moving forward with execution.

In the pre-construction phase, Prime Contractors conducts site visits alongside the client to collect in-depth information, such as videos, photos, and measurements. Our team then formulates a detailed scope of work, designs a project timeline, and prepares an estimate tailored to the specific needs of the project.

Our construction process is led by a highly skilled project manager who supervises daily operations, anticipates upcoming tasks, and ensures that all work complies with or surpasses code requirements. Project managers collaborate closely with superintendents to maintain the project schedule, manage any constraints, and coordinate subcontractors, all with the goal of delivering durable, top-quality results.

At project completion, the project manager re-engages to confirm that all commitments have been fulfilled. A final walkthrough with the client ensures that every detail aligns with the plan. The project manager then provides the customer with submittals, OEM documentation, and warranties, ensuring a seamless transition and the proper operation of any newly installed equipment.
